The Chery Tiggo 8 Pro is a 7-seater cabin configuration. There are two grades (Distinctive and Government), both of which are powered by a 1.6-litre 4-cylinder turbo-petrol engine paired with a 7-velocity twin-clutch automatic transmission (sourced from German agency Getrag). On-paper outputs are credible – 145 kW and 290 Nm drive the front wheels.
In the meantime, the Tiggo 8 Pro’s very premium wanting (and feeling) cabin is a revelation at the value.
